§ 1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Provider Identification


(1) In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using this website. Personal data includes all data that can be personally related to you, such as your name, address, email addresses, and user behavior.

(2) The service provider in accordance with § 13 Telemedia Act (TMG) and the responsible entity pursuant to § 3 para. 7 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) is:

§ 2 Right to Information and Withdrawal

(1) You have the right to request information from us at any time regarding the data stored about you. This also includes the origin of the data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom this data has been disclosed, and the purpose of storage. If you have given consent for the use of data, you may revoke it at any time.

(2) All requests for information, inquiries, or objections to data processing should be directed to the address referenced in § 1 para. 2.


§ 3 Data Security

We maintain up-to-date technical measures to ensure data security, particularly to protect your personal data from risks during data transmission and from being accessed by third parties. These measures are continuously adjusted to reflect the current state of technology.


§ 4 Collection of Personal Data During Informational Use

(1) When using the website for informational purposes only, meaning you do not log in, register, or otherwise transmit information to us, we do not collect personal data, except for the data transmitted by your browser to enable you to visit the website. This data includes:

  • IP address - Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Website from which the request originates
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

(2) Furthermore, cookies may be stored on your computer when using the website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using. These cookies allow the entity that sets the cookie (in this case, us) to receive specific information. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the online experience more user-friendly and efficient. We also use cookies to recognize you on future visits, for example, if you have an account with us. Otherwise, you would have to log in again for each visit.

b) Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. § 5 Use of Our Webshop via shop.harsh-vocal-school.de

(1) If you wish to place an order in our webshop via shop.harsh-vocal-school.de for the first time, you have the option to either provide your necessary order data only for this purchase or to register an account, allowing us to store your data for future purchases. If you choose not to register, we store your data solely for contract fulfillment and delete it once we are no longer legally required to retain it. Required fields necessary for processing contracts are marked separately; all other information is voluntary. When you create an account, your provided data is stored but can be revoked. You can delete your registration at any time, as described in § 2 above.

(2) We use the data you provide to process your order. For this purpose, we pass your address details to a shipping company responsible for delivery. We delete this data once the contract has been fulfilled and the tax and commercial retention obligations have expired.

(3) Your payment data is transferred to the respective payment service provider depending on the payment method you choose. The payment service provider is responsible for handling your payment data.

(4) To prevent unauthorized third-party access to your personal data, particularly financial data, the ordering process is encrypted using SSL technology.


§ 6 Appointment Booking via Cituro

For booking private lessons, we use the booking service Cituro to facilitate online appointment scheduling for our services. The provider is Cituro GmbH, Neumeyerstraße 28-34, 90411 Nuremberg, Germany. When booking through Cituro, personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and other booking details may be collected. The processing of this data is based on **Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR** (contract fulfillment) or **Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR** (legitimate interest in seamless appointment management). Data processing is carried out directly by Cituro, acting as a data processor under **Art. 28 GDPR**. § 7 Payment Processing via Mollie

For payment processing, we use **Mollie**, a payment service provider operated by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. Mollie enables payments via credit card, SEPA direct debit, Sofortüberweisung, and other methods. When using Mollie, the necessary data for payment processing (e.g., name, payment amount, payment details) is forwarded to Mollie. The processing is based on **Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR** (contract fulfillment). Mollie may share the data with additional payment service providers or banks if required for transaction processing. § 8 Payment Processing via PayPal

We offer payments through **PayPal**. The provider is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. When paying with PayPal, the necessary payment data is transmitted to PayPal. This typically includes name, email address, invoice amount, and possibly other payment-related details. The processing is based on **Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR** (contract fulfillment). PayPal may share data with third parties, such as banks or regulatory authorities, if legally required or necessary for transaction processing. § 9 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

(1) We may disclose your personal data to third parties if participation in promotions, sweepstakes, bookings, or contract completions is offered jointly with a third-party provider. In such cases, you will be explicitly informed before your data is shared with third parties.
