§ 5 Use of Our Webshop via shop.harsh-vocal-school.de
(1) If you wish to place an order in our webshop via shop.harsh-vocal-school.de for the first time, you have the option to either provide your necessary order data only for this purchase or to register an account, allowing us to store your data for future purchases. If you choose not to register, we store your data solely for contract fulfillment and delete it once we are no longer legally required to retain it. Required fields necessary for processing contracts are marked separately; all other information is voluntary. When you create an account, your provided data is stored but can be revoked. When booking through Cituro, personal data such as name, email address, phone number, and other booking details may be collected. For payment processing, we use **Mollie**, a payment service provider operated by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015CW Amsterdam, Netherlands.
